1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TryInk AI: Tattoo Try-On (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Services

The App offers AI-assisted tattoo design generation, preview tools, and features to save and share designs. Paid features such as subscriptions may be offered inside the App.

3. User obligations

• You will not use the App to create illegal, hateful, pornographic, or infringing content.
• You are responsible for the rights to any images you upload.
• Consult a licensed tattoo artist before getting inked. The App provides creative suggestions and not professional tattooing advice.

4. Purchases & subscriptions

In-app purchases are processed by the App Store / Google Play. Refunds and subscription management are governed by the store policies. Contact the store for billing issues; contact us at support@tattoocreator.site for support.

5. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of any images you upload. Generated images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.

6. Moderation & takedown

We may remove content that violates these Terms. For copyright issues, contact us at support@tattoocreator.site and provide necessary proof.

7. Third-party services

We use third-party services (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) which have their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party conduct.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties. Generated content may not be free of third-party rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to a claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued app use after updates indicates acceptance.
